Equal access for all! Just because you have wheels, should not mean you get exclueded from normal things like shopping or going to the cinema. Wheelchair access at the cinema is frequently just being popped on the front row of the theatre...have you tried watching a film from the front row? Talk about neck pain!

HELL YEAH! I've been in a wheelchair for 3 years and it is a pain in the ass going anywhere. I have to know what shops I can actualy get in to, Forget parties. It should be mandatory.

AND have you ever SEEN some of those handicapped stalls? OMG you can barely turn around in them without bashing your knees into a wall. Newsflash, just because you put a handicapped sign and a bar in, does NOT make it a handicapped stall!

Access everywhere especially school events! You could not imagine the problems i've had with accessibility with band activities! Been in a chair 8 years and it gets really annoying at all the issues that still exsist!

geez, yer all so right. wheelchai acessesable areas are pure crap. like, i was in italy and there was no activities for disabled. do they think disabled don't go on holidays?
